International Voice Process Representative (Global HR Support)

We are hiring International Voice Process Representatives to support global clients in a fast-paced HR support environment. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Handle voice-based interactions with international customers

Address queries and resolve concerns professionally

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality

Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution

Participate in training and consistently meet performance metrics

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in HR Support process or International customer support or voice process

Excellent spoken English and communication skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts

Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice preferred

Willingness to work in a global, performance-driven environment
