US Telecom Sales Executive – International Voice Process

We are hiring Sales Executives for our US telecom sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom services.
  • Convert leads into successful sales/activations.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
  • Follow company processes, quality standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 6 months–3 years experience in US international voice sales preferred.
  • Experience in telecom, internet, broadband, wireless or cable sales is an advantage.
  • Good spoken English and communication skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working US night shifts from our Bangalore office.

Salary: ₹22,000–₹30,000/month + performance incentives, based on experience and performance.
