Position: International Non-Voice Process Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers & Experienced)

Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via Email and Chat support.
• Resolve customer concerns accurately and within defined timelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Update customer information and maintain records in the system.
• Follow process guidelines and company policies.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
• Required Skills:Excellent written English communication skills.
• Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligibility Criteria:Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary:₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
