• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing international customer calls.
• Provide professional customer support to international clients.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Achieve performance targets such as call quality, AHT, CSAT, and productivity.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good fluency, pronunciation, and neutral accent.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (depending on the company).
