About the Role

We're hiring across multiple international process tracks simultaneously with leading global accounts in Bangalore. Whether you're a fresher starting out in voice support or an experienced professional in sales, collections, or technical support, there's a track here matched to your background locations span Marathahalli, Whitefield/ITPL, Bellandur, Mahadevapura, and Manyata Tech Park.

Key Responsibilities (varies by track — confirmed at interview)

- Handle customer interactions (voice/chat/email) for international clients

- Meet quality, productivity, and (where applicable) sales/collections targets

- Maintain accurate documentation and process compliance

- For upselling/sales tracks: identify and act on upgrade/conversion opportunities

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Undergraduate / Graduate (Graduate mandatory for Technical Support track)

- Freshers welcome on Voice and Non-Voice tracks; 1–4 years' international process experience required for Sales, Upselling, and Collections tracks

- Good to excellent English communication (spoken for voice/sales tracks, written for non-voice/chat)

- Willingness to work night shift / US rotational shifts

- Based in or commutable from Marathahalli, Whitefield/ITPL, Bellandur, Mahadevapura, or Manyata Tech Park (mention your preferred zone when applying)
