Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, email, or chat
• Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Salary Range

• Freshers: ₹20 ,000 ₹25,000 per month
• Experienced: ₹25,000 ₹50,000 per month + incentives (depending on process and experience)
