Interior Site Supervisor

Site Execution:

• Supervise complete interior work at site.
• Execute work according to approved 2D drawings and 3D designs.
• Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and carpentry works.
• Ensure daily progress as per project schedule.

Team Management

• Manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other labor teams.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Resolve site-related issues immediately.

Material Management

• Check material requirements and raise requests on time.
• Verify material quality and quantity received at site.
• Prevent material wastage and theft.

Quality Control

• Ensure work quality meets company standards.
• Verify dimensions before production and installation.
• Conduct regular quality inspections.
• Identify defects and ensure rectification.

Client Coordination

• Update clients regarding project progress.
• Handle client concerns professionally.
• Coordinate site visits and approvals.

Factory & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with factory production team for modular furniture delivery.
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely installation of materials.

Documentation & Reporting

• Submit daily work progress reports.
• Share site photos and videos regularly.
• Maintain labor attendance records.
• Track project timelines and completion status.
