We are looking for engineers who are passionate about quality, detailing, craftsmanship, and execution excellence.

Your Role

You will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, and delivery of premium finishing works.

This is NOT a conventional civil engineering role.

This role requires ownership of:

Project Planning

• Site readiness assessment
• Resource planning
• Material planning
• 7-day look-ahead scheduling

Execution Management

• Daily work planning
• Labour allocation
• Sequence control
• Progress monitoring

Quality Control

• Levels and alignment checks
• Mock-up approvals
• Hold-point inspections
• Zero-defect execution

Documentation

• Daily reporting
• Photo documentation
• Material consumption tracking
• Site records

Coordination

• Architects
• PMCs
• Clients
• Contractors
• Applicator teams

Who We Are Looking For

Preferred Background

• Diploma Civil /
• 3–8 years experience
• Experience in finishing works, interiors, fit-outs, villas, hospitality projects, flooring, decorative concrete or luxury construction

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

• Sobha
• Prestige
• Brigade
• Puravankara
• Shapoorji
• Interior fit-out companies
• Luxury villa contractors
