Interior Designer And Site Supervisor

Windlord Decors is looking for a highly skilled Interior Designer & Site Supervisor with strong expertise in designing and executing residential, luxury villa, corporate office, and commercial interior projects.

The candidate must be capable of independently handling the complete project lifecycle — from attending client meetings and understanding requirements to design development, 3D visualization, technical drawings, site supervision, and final project handover.

We are looking for someone who is equally strong in creative designing, technical detailing, client communication, and practical site execution.

Project Expertise Required

Candidates must have practical experience in:

1. Residential Interiors – Apartments, independent houses, complete home interiors, kitchens, wardrobes and custom furniture.

2. Luxury Villa Interiors – Premium materials, bespoke furniture, detailed ceiling designs, luxury finishes and complete villa interiors.

3. Corporate Office Interiors – Workstations, executive cabins, conference rooms, reception areas, boardrooms and office fit-outs.

4. Commercial Interiors – Retail stores, showrooms, restaurants, cafés, salons and other commercial establishments.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design & Visualization

- Develop creative interior design concepts.

- Prepare detailed 2D layouts and working drawings.

- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders.

- Develop furniture, ceiling, electrical and lighting layouts.

- Select materials, finishes, colours and furniture.

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and material specifications.

2. Client Meetings & Presentations

- Attend client meetings and project discussions.

- Understand client requirements and budgets.

- Present design concepts, 2D drawings and 3D renders.

- Recommend suitable materials and design solutions.

- Handle design revisions and client feedback.

- Maintain professional client relationships.

3. Site Supervision & Execution

- Independently supervise interior project execution.

- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers and contractors.

- Ensure execution matches approved drawings and designs.

- Monitor workmanship, measurements and finishing quality.

- Manage material procurement and site requirements.

- Track project progress, labour and timelines.

- Identify and resolve on-site execution challenges.

- Ensure timely project completion and handover.

Technical Skills Required

- AutoCAD – Advanced

- SketchUp – Advanced

- 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion

- Photoshop

- Detailed working drawings and furniture detailing.

- BOQ preparation and estimation.

- Strong knowledge of interior materials, hardware and finishes.

- Practical knowledge of interior construction and execution.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant interior design and execution experience.

- Demonstrated experience in residential, villa, corporate and commercial interiors.

- Strong design portfolio with completed projects.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Ability to independently attend client meetings.

- Strong technical and site execution knowledge.

- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru.

What We Expect

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to create 3D designs or someone who only supervises site workers.

We need a professional who understands design, materials, measurements, budgeting, client expectations and execution.

You should be confident enough to sit with a client, understand their vision, develop the complete design, present it professionally, coordinate the execution team and take responsibility for the finished project.

From the first client meeting to the final handover — you should know how to handle it.
