Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team at Home Stanza Construction & Interiors. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing interior concepts, preparing designs and coordinating with the execution team to ensure the project is completed as per the design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements, preferences and budget.

- Prepare interior design concepts, layouts and space plans.

- Create 2D drawings and 3D interior designs.

- Take site measurements and visit project sites when required.

- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors and other team members.

- Assist in preparing quotations and material estimates.

- Present designs to clients and make modifications based on feedback.

- Ensure designs are practical, functional and aesthetically appealing.

- Monitor design execution at the site and ensure it matches the approved design.

Required Skills:

- AutoCAD

- SketchUp / 3D design software

- Knowledge of interior materials and finishes

- Basic understanding of construction and site execution

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Creativity and attention to detail

- Ability to interact confidently with clients

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years / Freshers can apply

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
