💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate business through Life Insurance products.
- Identify and develop potential customers.
- Explain insurance plans, benefits and policy features.
- Generate leads through telecalling and customer references.
- Schedule customer meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead, guide and motivate team members for business growth (Leadership roles).
📍 Work Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
🗣️ Language: Manageable English with any one regional language.
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass and Above (PUC / Graduate / Postgraduate).
👥 Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome.
