Insurance Manager

The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing and developing the agency's insurance business by recruiting, training, and supervising insurance advisors/agents. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and motivate insurance advisors/agents.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Monitor and improve the performance of agency teams.
