DTH & surveillance customers in the defined area

Ensure timely installation along with

Quality workmanship

Ensure full satisfaction of customers

in terms of installation of Airtel Broadband Connection

Adher to Standard operating procedure

(SOP) & Processes laid down by Airtel

Repond immediately for Installation

request generated by Sales team & ensure

Ensure the productivity as per the defined

criteria & ensure delivery of KPI as per defined targets

Maintain desired /defined ettiquettes

at the time of visit to customer premises

Identify improvement areas &

devises corrective measures

Contionously devise ways to improve

customer experience

Work closely with all stakeholders to

ensure smooth operations.
