Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and sales-driven candidates to help customers sell their pre-owned

two-wheelers through a leading online marketplace. You will manage the complete seller

journey—from contacting potential sellers to supporting the successful sale of their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers interested in selling used bikes.

- Explain selling options.

- Schedule and follow up on inspections.

- Assist with KYC and listing documentation.

- Activate listings.

- Sell paid seller packages and renewals.

- Promote value-added services.

- Coordinate buyers and sellers.

- Support sales closure.

- Achieve monthly targets.

Eligibility

1–4 years in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Customer Acquisition, or

Account Management.

Good communication, negotiation skills, target-oriented, CRM/MS Excel knowledge preferred.

Automotive, Fintech, E-commerce or Marketplace experience is an advantage.
