Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and fluent Hindi, be comfortable making outbound sales calls, and have a proven ability to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to assigned customers and prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and premium details.
  • Qualify customer requirements and convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer support.
  • Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
