Role OverviewOutstaytion is looking for energetic and highly motivated Tele Sales Executives to handle customer enquiries, generate sales through calls and convert leads into resort bookings and holiday memberships.

This is a target-driven sales position. Your growth and earning potential will be directly connected to your ability to follow up, close customers and generate business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to new and existing leads.
• Handle enquiries generated through Meta, Google, WhatsApp and other marketing campaigns.
• Explain Outstaytion resort packages, holiday memberships, offers and experiences.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right package.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers until closure.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and membership sales.
• Collect booking advances and coordinate confirmation with the operations team.
• Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up information in CRM/Excel.
• Reconnect with old leads and generate repeat/referral business.
• Send package details, quotations and payment information through WhatsApp/email.
• Maintain professional customer communication throughout the sales process.
• Submit daily calling, follow-up, closure and collection reports.

Performance ExpectationsThis is a numbers-oriented role. Performance will be measured primarily through:

Calls → Follow-ups → Closures → Collections → Revenue

Expected benchmarks are approximately 250–300 calls per day, minimum 15 quality follow-ups and consistent daily closures, with individual monthly revenue targets assigned based on role and experience.

Candidate ProfileWe welcome candidates with experience in telesales, inside sales, hospitality, travel, holiday memberships, real estate, insurance, banking or other target-oriented sales roles.

Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence and a strong willingness to learn sales can also apply.

Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, persistence in follow-ups, basic computer/CRM knowledge and the ability to work comfortably with targets.

Languages: English required. Kannada and Hindi are an advantage.
