Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

●      Handle inbound leads and assigned accounts for IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, networking, peripherals)

●      Prepare and send accurate quotations; negotiate within approved margin floors

●      Follow up consistently on open quotes and move deals to closure

●      Build and maintain direct relationships with end-user client contacts (procurement, IT admins, office managers)

●      Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for pricing, stock and delivery timelines

●      Maintain clean pipeline records — deal stage, next action, expected close date

●      Meet monthly sales and gross-margin targets set by the Sales Manager

●      Flag repeat-account or low-margin deals for review instead of discounting on your own

Must-Have Requirements

●      3–5 years selling IT hardware directly to end-user clients (not only distribution/channel)

●      Comfortable with quoting, basic margin math, and price negotiation

●      Track record of personally closing deals, not just generating leads

●      Good spoken and written English/Hindi/Kannada as needed for Bengaluru clients

●      Own two-wheeler/willingness to do occasional client visits (preferred, not mandatory)
