Job Description

We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our founding team. You’ll engage directly with aspiring nurses, guide them through our pathway, and own the sales cycle end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities

  • ● Lead Outreach: Call and engage potential candidates, understand their needs, and offer career clarity.
  • ● Program Pitching: Clearly explain Skillcase’s value — from learning German to working in Germany. Personalize based on the nurse’s current stage.
  • ● Sales Ownership: Manage the full funnel — from first call to enrollment. Follow up, close, and deliver a great onboarding experience.
  • ● Targets & Tracking: Meet enrollment goals. Track lead status and maintain accuracy in CRM or Sheets.
  • ● Team Building: Help build playbooks, onboard new sales members, and shape the BD function as we grow.
