Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and professionals who have enquired about our courses.

• Explain course curriculum, training methodology, projects, certifications, placement assistance, and career opportunities.

• Conduct career counselling sessions to understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.

• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video counselling sessions.

• Answer student and parent queries and provide complete admission-related information.

• Guide interested candidates through the enrollment and admission process.

• Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-up records in the CRM system.

• Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
