Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview :

The CRM Sales Executive will be responsible for driving store walk-ins and revenue through proactive outbound calling, customer follow-ups, appointment bookings, and coordination with store teams.This role plays a critical part in converting leads into in-store visits and ensuring a smooth customer journey from call to conversion.

Key Responsibilities -

* Drive store walk-ins through proactive outbound customer calls

* Follow up with leads and customers to book appointments and encourage store visits

* Share accurate product information and quotations with customers

* Handle first-level customer escalations and coordinate with store teams for resolution

* Work closely with store staff to ensure smooth handover of leads and appointments

* Maintain precise and updated customer records in CRM systems

* Ensure CRM hygiene, data accuracy and timely updates

* Consistently achieve daily call volume, talk-time and conversion targets

* Support revenue enhancement by improving customer pitch and engagement quality

Requirements -

* Graduate / Undergraduate with 1–3+ years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales or customer calling roles

* Strong communication and persuasion skills

* Comfortable with outbound calling and target-driven environment

* Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management

* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (stores, supervisors, team leaders)

* Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach

* Preference for candidates fluent in Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Tamil along with English.
