Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and sales-driven professionals for the role of Inside Sales Consultant for a fast-growing healthcare and e-commerce business. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls and WhatsApp, driving conversions, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls along with customer interactions over WhatsApp
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
• Drive conversions and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling and follow-ups
• Explain product benefits, pricing, and offers effectively to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer experience
• Resolve basic customer queries while maintaining a sales-focused approach
• Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer engagement, or call center operations
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in at least two languages among Hindi, English, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, or other regional languages
• Comfortable handling sales conversations and target-driven environments
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume customer interactions efficiently
• B.Pharm or M.Pharm candidates preferred, though not mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in healthcare, pharmacy, e-commerce, or consumer sales environments is an advantage
• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented professional
