Job Description

A Banking Telesales Executive promotes financial products (loans, credit cards, accounts)

over the phone to new and existing customers, aiming to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, understanding customer

needs, explaining product features, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. 



Key Responsibilities


Sales Generation: Proactively sell banking products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards)

to meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Customer Interaction: Contact potential and existing customers, understand their

financial needs, and provide suitable solutions.

Customer Support & Service: Handle customer inquiries, explain product terms,

and resolve potential concerns politely and professionally.

Lead Follow-up: Promptly follow up on prospects, leads, and callbacks to close deals.

Compliance and Record-keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of all calls

and transactions in the CRM system. Adhere strictly to banking policies, regulations,

and security guidelines.

Market Feedback: Monitor and report customer objections and competitor updates

(e.g., interest rates, fees) to supervisors. 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is often preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or banking is an advantage.

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Sales Focus: High motivation, resilience, and a result-oriented approach to achieving targets.

Software Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Soft Skills: Active listening, problem-solving, and time management skills. 

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month (Plus Incentives Upto 5k)


Education:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)


Experience:total work exp: fresher or 6 months or 1 year min (Preferred)
