Inside Sales Executive

We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (0–1 Years Experience)

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Job Type: Full Time (On site) CTC: 5 LPA (3LPA Fixed + 2LPA Variable)

Qualification: Any Degree Only candidates who are currently located in Bangalore are eligible

Role Description:

• Generate new sales opportunities through in bound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls/emails.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Drive student admissions and consistently meet or exceed targets.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Assist students with documentation and guide them through the admission process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation.

• 0-2 years in sales/ Inside sales or counselling.

• Fluency in English and Hindi is required and any one regional language (Odia, Assamese, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu, or Bengali) is preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Must have Android phone
