Key Responsibilities :


  • Identify, approach, and activate travel agents as B2B partners for StampMyVisa's services.
  • Own end-to-end account management for onboarded travel agent accounts and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Execute regular and structured follow-ups to generate repeat sales and increase order volumes from existing accounts.
  • Serve as the single Point of Contact (POC) for all StampMyVisa-related queries, requests, and escalations from your assigned accounts.
  • Resolve issues and concerns related to onboarding, order creation, payment processing, and documentation — coordinating internally to ensure fast resolution.
  • Maintain accurate weekly sales reports, onboarding trackers, and account files for internal review and performance assessment.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, tech, and support teams to fulfill orders and ensure seamless service delivery for your accounts.
  • Travel - 25 - 40%  


What We Are Looking For


  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development in the travel industry.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven roles, Chasing daily / weekly goals, Cold calling and Handling customer objections
  • Mandatory background working with travel agents, OTAs, or within the travel industry ecosystem — candidates without this experience will not be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident on calls, in meetings, and in written correspondence. Should have basic understanding of sales calls, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Open to learning and adapting in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficient in maintaining CRM records, sales trackers, and reports using tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Language proficiency: English (must-have) and a minimum of 2 more languages one of them should be Hindi.
