Job Description – Inside Sales ExecutiveCompany: NoBroker

Department: Sales

Job Location: Sarjapur, Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore

Experience: Freshers to 1 Year

  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming inquiries.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain NoBroker services.
  • Promote and sell suitable subscription plans.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Convince customers and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain good customer relationships.
  • Update customer details and call records in the CRM system.
  • Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Salary & BenefitsStarting Salary: ₹16,725 + PF
