Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Job Type: Full Time (On site) 

CTC: 5 LPA (3LPA Fixed + 2LPA Variable)

Any Degree Only candidates who are currently located in Bangalore are eligible Are you passionate about sales, growth, and building lasting relationships? We're on the lookout for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Inside sales Executive at our Jayanagar office!

Role Description:

• Generate new sales opportunities through in bound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls/emails.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Drive student admissions and consistently meet or exceed targets.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Assist students with documentation and guide them through the admission process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation.

• 0-2 years in sales/ BDE or counselling.

• Fluency in English and Hindi is required and any one regional language (Odia, Assamese, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu, or Bengali) is preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Must have Android phone
