Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to generate loan leads and drive sales.
- Promote Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Understand customer eligibility, income profiles, and loan requirements.
- Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
- Collect and verify required documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and banking teams for application processing.
- Maintain daily call records, sales trackers, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.
