Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role balances strategic workforce planning with the day-to-day execution of hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and networking to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Department Heads to understand their hiring needs and define role specifications.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews, coordinate skills assessments, and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Employer Branding: Ensure the company is positioned as an "employer of choice" through compelling job descriptions and a professional interview process.
• Metrics: Track hiring KPIs (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire) and report on recruitment effectiveness.
• Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and EEO regulations.
