Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR & Operations Executive to manage recruitment, employee attendance, branch operations monitoring, and basic compliance activities across multiple branches. The candidate will be responsible for hiring employees, conducting initial interviews, monitoring attendance records, reviewing CCTV footage when required, and verifying billing reports to identify operational discrepancies.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

Source and screen candidates based on company requirements.

Conduct telephonic and first-round HR interviews.

Schedule interviews with department heads and branch managers.

Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.


HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Monitor daily attendance and employee punctuality.

Coordinate leave management and attendance corrections.

Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance records.

Branch Operations Monitoring

Monitor operations across multiple branches.

Review CCTV footage when required to ensure compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with branch managers regarding employee performance and operational issues.

Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

Billing & Compliance Verification

Verify billing reports and transaction records.

Identify discrepancies, unusual transactions, or potential billing fraud.

Report operational concerns and compliance issues to management.

Ensure proper adherence to company processes and procedures.


Administrative Support

Maintain branch-wise reports and records.

Follow up with employees and branch managers for operational updates.

Support management with various HR and operational tasks.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, or Operations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Experience in recruitment and employee management preferred.

Willingness to coordinate with multiple branches and work independently.
