ABOUT THE ROLE

Unleashing Calibre is hiring energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiters / Recruitment Executives for our Bengaluru recruitment team.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and converting candidates for international and domestic job opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source candidates through Apna, job portals, databases and other recruitment channels

• Handle international and domestic recruitment requirements

• Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility

• Conduct initial HR screening calls

• Explain job role, salary, location, shift and interview details

• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Ensure candidates attend interviews and complete the joining process

• Build a strong candidate pipeline

• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets

• Work with the recruitment team to maximize interview and joining conversions

WHO CAN APPLY?

• 12th is mandatory

• Freshers are welcome

• Candidates with 6+ months recruitment experience can apply

• Candidates with 1+ year recruitment experience can apply for the ₹22K salary bracket

• Recruitment consultancy, BPO recruitment, bulk hiring or talent acquisition experience is an advantage

• Fluent English communication is mandatory

• Comfortable with candidate calling, follow-ups and recruitment targets

• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge

• Target-oriented and energetic candidates preferred
