HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Executive to support recruitment and employee management activities within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open positions.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews.

• Manage onboarding and employee documentation.

• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.

• Support performance reviews and employee engagement activities.

• Assist in implementing company policies and HR processes.

• Hire for design, project management, sales, and site-related roles as required.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Prior HR experience is preferred.
