Job Description
- Handle complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and group hiring events.
- Source candidates through labor contractors, placement agencies, job portals (Apna, WorkIndia), and employee referrals.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Maintain hiring trackers and share regular pipeline updates.
- Verify candidate documents — ID proof, bank details, medical fitness certificates.
- Handle joining formalities and ESIC/PF enrollment.
- Build a ready talent pool for urgent or seasonal hiring needs
