We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for staffing clients across multiple industries, including BFSI, E-commerce, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Telecom, BPO, and Sales. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for multiple Non-IT positions.
  • Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and job suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers.
  • Negotiate compensation, notice period, and joining dates with selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports with accuracy.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Clients to understand hiring priorities and provide regular recruitment updates.
  • Participate in bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives whenever required.
