Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help attract top talent for the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to assess candidates effectively, and experience using recruitment platforms and hiring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on hiring trends and best HR practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS platforms.
