Job Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule face-to-face/online interviews.

Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Handle offer letters and onboarding documentation.

Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Good communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi (preferred).

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.

Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
