HR Executive And Recruiter

Job Summary:

• This is for Contract to hire roll and work location is HAL Bangalore - 5 Days working in office
• We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Recruitment team (2025-26 passed out only)
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for non-technical roles across departments such as sales, HR, operations.
• This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to find the best fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage employee documentation, maintain records, and ensure proper filing.Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to initiate, track, and follow up on employee background verification (BGV) processes.
• Ensure timely collection and verification of required candidate documents.
• Support day-to-day HR operations .Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, HR documentation, and background verification procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with internal teams.
