Position: HR Executive / HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Location: Swiggy Instamart Store / Hub

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role


Swiggy Instamart is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce management for dark stores and warehouse operations.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


Recruitment & Staffing


Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.


Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.


Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.


Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.


Ensure timely closure of open positions.



Onboarding & Documentation


Complete joining formalities and document verification.


Generate offer letters and maintain employee records.


Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new hires.


Ensure compliance with company policies during onboarding.



Employee Relations


Address employee queries and concerns.


Support employee engagement activities.


Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture.


Monitor attendance and shift adherence.



HR Operations


Maintain employee databases and HRMIS records.


Track attendance, leave, and workforce reports.


Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.


Prepare HR reports and dashboards.



Compliance


Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.


Maintain statutory records and employee files.


Support audits and compliance requirements.



Eligibility Criteria


Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).


0–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment or HR Operations.


Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.


Knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes preferred.

Problem-solving and coordination abilities.


Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
