Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for front-of-house (servers, bartenders) and back-of-house (chefs, prep cooks, dishwashers) staff.
  • Build a database of reliable, on-call temporary staff to scale for peak event seasons and large-scale catering jobs.
  • Facilitate engaging onboarding programs, including company culture, event logistics, and uniform standards. 
  • High-Volume & Event Staffing: Execute agile, scalable recruitment strategies to source reliable part-time, temporary, and on-call staff (servers, bartenders, dishwashers, and catering assistants).
  • Must be from Restaurant/Catering industry.
