Job Description
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff on daily cleaning activities
- Prepare duty rosters and assign work areas
- Ensure all patient rooms, OPD areas, OT, and common areas are clean and sanitized
- Monitor the use of cleaning materials and maintain stock levels
- Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene standards
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal as per hospital guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness records
- Handle complaints related to housekeeping services
- Coordinate with other departments for cleaning requirements
- Ensure staff follow dress code, PPE usage, and discipline
