Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel SOPs.

Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.

Ensure rooms are properly arranged and inspected before guest check-in.

Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor.

Handle guest requests politely and promptly.

Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas.

Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
