Housekeeping Staff

Roast Aroma is a fast-growing, premium delivery kitchen specializing in three distinct food segments: Artisanal Stone-Base Pizza, Continental (Pastas/Rice Bowls), and Indo-Chinese. We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and skilled Cook/Chef who can handle high-pressure delivery rushes, maintain precise portion control, and deliver consistent, premium-quality food within our target "Prep-to-Pickup" window of under 10 minutes.

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping and Sanitation Associate to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across our restaurant. You will ensure that the dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces are spotless, safe, and welcoming for both our guests and our team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDining Area & Front-of-House: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors before opening, during shift transitions, and at closing. Wipe down high-touch surfaces, windows, doors, and light fixtures.
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock guest and staff restrooms at regular intervals throughout the day (sinks, toilets, mirrors, floors, and trash bins).
• Waste Management: Safely empty and reline trash and recycling bins from the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen areas. Ensure outdoor waste disposal units are kept clean and orderly.
• Deep Cleaning: Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks, including scrubbing floor mats, washing walls, cleaning vents, and detailed dusting of decor.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor cleaning supply levels (chemicals, soap, paper towels, trash liners) and notify management when stocks run low.
• Safety & Compliance: Use cleaning chemicals safely according to guidelines. Properly display "wet floor" signs and immediately address spills to prevent accidents.
• Skills & QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or commercial cleaning (hospitality or restaurant environment preferred but not required).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and clean areas that others might overlook to maintain a premium guest experience.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 20 kg (45 lbs), and handle physical tasks throughout an entire shift.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on restaurant operational hours.
