Hiring Captains/ Hospitality Executives to coordinate with passengers in the Journeys for a reputed Smart Bus, Travel & Hospitality Position

Location: Majestic, Bangalore ( apply if you stay within 10 - 12kms to these locations.

Whitefield - English, Tamil & Telugu (10)

Nayanhalli - (Majestic) English, Tamil or Telugu ( 5 openings )

Hebbal - English & Tamil ( 5 )

ChandapuraEnglish, Tamil, Telugu & Hindi ( 5)

TR Mill (Majestic) English, Tamil or Telugu (5 openings )

Vijayanagar (Majestic) English, Tamil or Telugu ( 5 openings )

Must speak fluent any one langauge Telugu or Tamil & good English communication required ( Only males)

We are also hiring for Chennai Location must speak fluent tamil for Velacahry, Siruseri, Koyembedu locations.

Work Schedule: Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 11:00 PM departures every day)

·  Approx. 12–14 hours per shift ( 6 hours up Journey starts in the evening and immediately return 6 hours by next day morning to the boaording point )

·  Example: Start at 10 PM from Majestic → travel halfway towards Hyderabad or Chennai → switch buses at a common point → return to majestic by 10–11 AM next morning.

Roles & Responsibilities·   

Ensure passenger hospitality and comfort throughout the journey

· Travel along with 40 passengers who booked tickets online via redbus, need to do verification of their tickets and assistance while onboarding

·  Provide onboard services (Wi-Fi, GPS access, drinking water)

·  Promote return journey tickets with discounts to earn incentives

·  Collect passenger feedback, reviews, and ratings ( incentives paid)

·   Handle spot booking ticket sales onboard

· Insurance coverage + Incentives + Bonus paid 12k ( after finishing 2nd month 4k + after 4th month 4k + after 6th month 4k )

Salary: Freshers: ₹17,000/month, Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month

Eligibility:

Age: 19–35 years max

· Education: ITI / Diploma / Intermediate / Any Degree

· Experience: Minimum 3 months - 6 years in any one category like: Sales, Customer Service, Customer support, Hospitality, Front Office, Admin, Guest Relations, Tours, Hotels or Supervisor roles can apply
