A leading Real Estate Company is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Home Loan Manager at our Bangalore – HRBR Layout office.

🔹 Position: Home Loan Manager

🔹 Location: HRBR Layout, Bangalore

🔹 Department: Home Loans

🔹 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Loan Sales (Banking Sector)

🔹 Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

🔹 Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

🔹 Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Maximum 15 Days

🔹 Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only

✅ Leads will be provided by the company

✅ Travel allowance will be provided

✅ 6 Days Working

➡️ 4 Days Work From Office

➡️ 2 Days Field Work

✔️ Lead Generation & Telecalling

✔️ Client Consultation & Relationship Management

✔️ Home Loan Processing & Documentation

✔️ Sales & Business Development

✔️ Compliance & Risk Management

📌 Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Home Loan products & lending process

• Good communication skills in English and Local Language

• Bike is mandatory

• Experience in Banking Loan Sales is preferred

• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships

• Proficiency in CRM and loan management tools
