📋 JOB DESCRIPTION – HOME LOAN EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field activities, referrals, builders, connectors, and open market sourcing.

• Identify potential customers and promote Home Loan and LAP products.

• Meet customers personally and understand their financial requirements.

• Guide customers through the complete loan application process.

• Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Basic understanding of banking and financial products.

• Ability to work in field sales environment.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
