Civil Works | Flooring | Interior Fit-outs | Waterproofing | Concrete | Stone/Terrazzo | Wood Flooring | Microcement / Microconcrete | Epoxy | Finishes | Substrate Preparation | Site Coordination

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

A.     Qualification: B.E. / Diploma Civil, Construction Management, Interior Design. MBA Operations is plus.

B.     5 Years in Operations / Project Execution in Premium Flooring, Luxury Interiors, High-end Construction, Surfaces Company.

C.     Experience of handling multiple luxury residential & commercial projects (HNI Homes, Villas, Offices, Hotels).

D.     Strong in Team Leadership, Vendor/Contractor Management, Architect/Client Handling.

E.      Excellent in Planning, Problem Solving, Quality & Commercial Control.

F.      Willing to travel to project sites.

G.     Gradually should take complete execution burden away from Founder.
