Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Head Chef – Tandoor to manage tandoor kitchen operations, prepare high-quality dishes, and maintain food quality and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in tandoori cuisine and the ability to manage kitchen staff and daily operations efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of tandoori dishes, including tandoori roti, naan, kebabs, tikka, and other tandoor specialties.
• Manage daily tandoor kitchen operations and ensure timely food preparation.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Monitor food stock, ingredients, and kitchen inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage and guide kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to fulfill orders on time.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
• Ensure the tandoor equipment is used and maintained safely.
• Required SkillsStrong expertise in tandoori cooking and Indian cuisine.
• Experience managing a tandoor section or kitchen team.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours.
• Good teamwork, time management, and leadership skills.
• EligibilityPrior experience as a Tandoor Chef, Senior Tandoor Chef, or Head Chef is preferred.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in restaurants or hotels will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are welcome.

Salary₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
