• Monitor member progress and provide regular feedback.
• Ensure gym equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow gym safety standards.
• Assist with member onboarding and answer fitness-related questions.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a gym trainer.
• Strong knowledge of strength training, cardio, and functional fitness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
• Punctual, disciplined, and passionate about fitness.
