Job Description
- Should be able to speak English fluently.
- Should be punctual and dedicated.
- Should be friendly to children and greet all the customers well.
- Should answer calls and communicate using other medium such as emails and social media for keeping the customers informed.
- Should be well organized and presentable
- Manage the reception by allowing entry to the children to the play area as per the policies and procedures of the company
- Billing of consumables from the café.
- Coordinate and work depending on the requirements of the center
- Should help in decorating and organising for birthday parties at Kydzadda
- Should ensure that the area is always kept clean and monitor all the aspects of the area on regular basis
- Learn and explain the details of party packages to the customers and be convincing.
- Ability to use Microsoft word, excel. Basic computing skills required.
- Receive cash, cheque, credit cards, vouchers, issue receipts, refunds, vouchers etc
- Count money in the cash drawers at the starting and end of the shift to ensure that it is in line with the prescribed procedures.
- Mandatory to work on weekends. One day off will be given as per the roster
- Should be an all-rounder
