Guest Service Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused Guest Service Associates to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidates should be polite, presentable, and capable of providing excellent customer service while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.

· Present menus and explain food items to customers when required.

· Take food and beverage orders accurately.

· Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.

· Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.

· Handle customer queries and service requests professionally.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

· Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Customer-oriented attitude and professional behaviour.

· Ability to work in a team and manage customer requests efficiently.

· Basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures.

· Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
