Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Guest Service Associates to join our Ice Cream Parlour and Sandwich Corner in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing and serving food items, assisting customers, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Candidates who are comfortable working in rotational shifts and enjoy interacting with customers are encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare ice cream sundaes and sandwiches as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Serve customers efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle billing and basic cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the customer service area, kitchen area, and workstations.
• Assist in daily store operations and stock handling.
• Ensure food preparation and presentation standards are maintained.
• Support team members during peak hours and maintain smooth operations.
• Follow company guidelines related to hygiene and customer service.
• RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates must be available to work from Friday to Sunday (mandatory working days).
• Weekly off will be provided on any day between Monday and Thursday.
